Victory Land Sales specializes in selling land. We do not offer consulting, subscriptions, or other services beyond land sales.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in spamming, fraudulent activity, or misuse of information found on this site. You do not need to create an account to browse or purchase land.
We do not conduct transactions directly through the Site. To purchase land, you must contact a salesperson. Accepted payment methods: Wire transfers, ACH authorization, cashier’s checks, and owner financing is available on select properties. Deposit Policy: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit per tract is required to reserve a property. This deposit applies toward the final purchase price. Chargebacks & Disputes: If a payment is disputed or a chargeback is initiated, Victory Land Sales reserves the right to take necessary legal action.
We offer in-house financing on select properties. Terms will be provided upon inquire. No Warranties or Guarantees: All land is sold “as-is” with no guarantees regarding condition, zoning, or future development potential.
Victory Land Sales is not responsible for land conditions, zoning restrictions, property development feasibility, or any claims arising after purchase.Third-Party Listings: Our Site may display third-party property listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy of such listings and are not responsible for misinformation.
