Logan Chatigny is a U.S. Navy veteran with a passion for real estate and helping others achieve the dream of land ownership. While serving on Active Duty, he discovered his love for the land and built his business around making it easier for people to find their perfect property. Now, as part of Victory Land Sales, Logan brings the same integrity, work ethic, and commitment to service that defined his military career. Bo "Knows Dirt" Birkeland
SALES MANAGER
Bo Birkeland is all about land (it's in his name!), real estate, and helping people find their perfect spot to call their own. As the sales leader of Victory Land Sales, he connects buyers with great properties - whether for building, investing, or just having a place to escape. When he’s not working deals, you’ll find him outdoors - camping, hiking, skiing, surfing, or playing just about any sport. He knows firsthand the freedom that comes with owning land and loves helping others find their own slice of it.

Hey, I’m Dayton. Before Victory Land Sales, I served in the Marine Corps, and I bring that same mindset to my work here: discipline, honesty, and getting the job done right. I take pride in making sure you feel confident and taken care of from the moment you go under contract to the day your deed is recorded.
Outside of work, I’m a new dad to a beautiful baby girl—that’s my biggest motivation every day. I’m also into trucks, tools, and spending time outdoors whenever I can.

Alejandro Carbonell has been in real estate for close to a decade and a background in luxury sales in Miami for 8 years. Andres Rendon is the Director of Acquisitions at Victory Land Sales, where he specializes in sourcing and closing high-potential land deals across Texas. A U.S. Marine and seasoned real estate pro with 15+ years of experience—five of those focused solely on land—Andres is known for his disciplined approach, sharp underwriting, and fast execution. Fluent in Spanish and proud of his Colombian and Ecuadorian roots, he connects easily with sellers from all walks of life. Outside of work, he’s a devoted family man, competitive shooter, and loyal Mets and Giants fan. Andres is on a mission to build a $1M land portfolio by 2027 while helping Victory Land Sales create value and close with integrity.

Dustin Noell is a seasoned accounting professional with over 12 years of comprehensive experience spanning project accounting, cost accounting, and bookkeeping disciplines. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial projects, implementing cost control systems, and maintaining accurate financial records for diverse business operations. Dustin brings a well-rounded skill set that ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Jenna Quiruela
Social Media Manager
Jenna is a General Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with years of experience in social media management and digital operations. At Victory Land Sales, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes - handling everything from online content to supporting the team’s daily workflow. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys joy rides with friends, swimming at the beach, singing karaoke, biking, pampering her cat, or just staying in her room playing mobile games.
