While serving on Active Duty, he discovered his love for the land and built his business around making it easier for people to find their perfect property. Now, as part of Victory Land Sales, Logan brings the same integrity, work ethic, and commitment to service that defined his military career. Bo "Knows Dirt" Birkeland
VP of Victory Land Sales
Bo Birkeland is all about land (it's in his name!), real estate, and helping people find their perfect spot to call their own. As the sales leader of Victory Land Sales, he connects buyers with great properties - whether for building, investing, or just having a place to escape. When he’s not working deals, you’ll find him outdoors - camping, hiking, skiing, surfing, or playing just about any sport. He knows firsthand the freedom that comes with owning land and loves helping others find their own slice of it.
Dayton Steele

Hey, I’m Dayton. Before Victory Land Sales, I served in the Marine Corps, and I bring that same mindset to my work here: discipline, honesty, and getting the job done right. I take pride in making sure you feel confident and taken care of from the moment you go under contract to the day your deed is recorded.
Outside of work, I’m a new dad to a beautiful baby girl—that’s my biggest motivation every day. I’m also into trucks, tools, and spending time outdoors whenever I can.

Alejandro Carbonell has been in real estate for close to a decade and a background in luxury sales in Miami for 8 years. He previously served as an Account Executive at Matterport, where he supported agents and brokerages across the residential real estate market. His career has focused on helping buyers and sellers navigate important property decisions through education, transparency, and clear communication.
At Victory, Sebastian is passionate about helping clients achieve land ownership and long-term financial freedom, whether they are purchasing for investment, future development, or personal use. He is known for his client-first approach and commitment to making the buying process straightforward and stress-free.
Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys staying active by exploring nature and trails on his Onewheel, maintaining his fitness, and staying in motion. He also spends time immersed in music by learning DJing and music production, creative outlets that reflect his high energy, discipline, and love for continuous growth.

A U.S. Marine and seasoned real estate pro with 15+ years of experience—five of those focused solely on land—Andres is known for his disciplined approach, sharp underwriting, and fast execution. Fluent in Spanish and proud of his Colombian and Ecuadorian roots, he connects easily with sellers from all walks of life. Outside of work, he’s a devoted family man, competitive shooter, and loyal Mets and Giants fan. Andres is on a mission to build a $1M land portfolio by 2027 while helping Victory Land Sales create value and close with integrity.
